In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of various digital projects. You will work closely with designers, strategists, and clients, taking on responsibilities that include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices. The Role

• Lead the design and development of modern web and software applications.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across the stack (e.g., Laravel, Vue, Node.js).
• Mentor and support developers, conducting code reviews and championing best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to shape project requirements and roadmaps.
• Contribute to technical strategy and promote a culture of innovation and quality.

The Person

• Strong experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Deep understanding of modern development workflows, Git, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for clean, elegant code.
• Outgoing, collaborative, and not afraid to share ideas and seek assistance when needed.
• Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a STEM subject, but experience is prioritised over qualifications.
